Adam Sheather has been woven into the BILT family for years. He brings a rare mix of technical brilliance, quick wit, warm humor, and thoughtful business insight — the kind of presence that makes friendship happen naturally. With him, everything is discussable, solvable, and somehow lighter.
Having Adam join the BILT Europe team feels like welcoming an old friend to stand with us as we continue building and supporting our community
